Annie Mist Thorisdottir is from Reykjavik, Iceland. She is an Icelandic CrossFit pro athlete. She's the co-owner of Crossfit Reykjavik where she also instructs and trains. Annie is the only female ever to win CrossFit Games on two occasions. She was second at the CrossFit Games in 2010 and in 2014. Annie Thorisdottir is an Icelanders CrossFit weightlifter athlete and media celebrity. The popular athlete is the first woman to win at the CrossFit Games twice in 2011 and 2012. In 2013, as well as 2017, she won in the Dubai Fitness Competition. Annie was brought up through her mother and father living in Reykjavik Iceland. From a very young time, she was a fervent sports enthusiast and loved exercising. She was awarded numerous medals during school competitions. The first time she participated was time in 2009 at the CrossFit Games in California and did extremely well. Annie Thorisdottir is expected to turn 31 in 2021. She is 5' 7" tall and weighs around 67 pounds. Annie began with her CrossFit experience in 2009, in California. She was able to perform very well in the initial competitions. She was among the the top 10 out of more than 70. But she did not win an award and ended the competition in 11th position. In 2010 Annie finished 1st in European Regionals Qualifier. At the CrossFit Games under the guidance of her coach Jami Tikkanen, she placed second place, and also won an Olympic silver medal that same year. Following a long period full of CrossFit Games, Annie won her first CrossFit Games. Her dominant performances earned her the title. In 2012 Annie also won the CrossFit Games because of her exceptional performance and became the first woman to win the two CrossFit Games consecutively. Besides this in 2014 she took home a silver award and in the year 2021 she won the bronze medal at CrossFit Games. Annie trains and coaches at Crossfit Reykjavik that she started. With rising fame as an athlete Annie is a model for a number of brands in sports, such as Reebok Rogue Fitness Transparent Labs Renaissance Nuun Hydration-Periodization Sidekick, Yerbae, among others. In addition, she has her own Youtube channel called "Annie" with several thousand subscribers. These are her training and travel diet and nutrition videos.
